We operate on several fronts in the sector in the advisory, administrative and judicial areas.

We work with the generation of important intelligence data to reduce individual claims, and at specific agencies related to consumer law (such as Procon, Reclame Aqui, Consumidor.gov).

We sponsor and defend strategic lawsuits, involving rights and obligations to the sector. In addition, we work on credit recovery lawsuits, aiming at reducing default, and as creditors in cases of judicial recovery and bankruptcy.

Our consumer relations area is specialized in the management of large-scale civil litigation portfolios, with actions focused on reducing active lawsuits and the costs associated to them.

The sharing of intelligence data with our Clients allows the identification of the so-called root-causes, wich helps the safe adoption of several strategies such as: preventive actions with the business area, implementation of agreement policies and measures to reduce contigencies.

In the advisory sphere we operate on supporting to the areas of contracts, corporate, real state and advisory services in administrative and financial management.
