Lawyer with expertise in Foreign Trade and Customs Law. Graduated in Law from Faculdade de Direito do Largo de São Francisco (USP) and in Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), where he was professor of the Graduate Education course (International Market). International ally of the International Bar Association (IBA) and member of Instituto Santos & Santana de Pesquisa e Estudos em Direito.
