We also work on strategic lawsuits involving rights and obligations in this niche, as well as the relationship with third parties related to them.

In addition, we also deal with the claims of direct consumers in the sector, both in their requests to protection agencies (Procon, Reclame Aqui, among others) and in lawsuits, focused on reestablishing the relationship with Clients. Finally, we provide guidance to large companies on the implementation of LGPD programs, with respect to national and international legislation.
